Our client is looking for a Lead Cloud Software Engineer to lead their team of rockstar engineers in developing and maintaining cloud-based software solutions.
What you'll need:
- BS+ 4-10 years of experience in contracts of similar scope and complexity
- 6+ years developing software with high level languages such as Java, C, C++, etc.
- Well-grounded in Linux fundamentals and knowledge in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
- Knowledge of Apache Hadoop, Apache Accumulo, Apache NiFi, Git, Maven, Jira (Hadoop/Cloud Developer Certification is a huge plus)
- Continuous Integration & Testing: Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab Cl/Pipelines
- Continuous Monitoring: ELK Stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana), Nagios
- Familiarity with microservices software development technique and container-orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
