Our client is seeking CLEARED Mid-Level Systems Administrators to support and manage Agency Infrastructure on impactful missions.
What you'll do:
-Provide comprehensive IT support for all systems, including implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
-Manage IT infrastructure and processes, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
-Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolving client/server/storage/network/mobile device issues efficiently.
-Escalate complex problems and communicate status updates to management and internal clients.
-Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch system and hardware issues, contributing to the resolution process.
-Configure and manage Windows/UNIX operating systems, install software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements for improved reliability and performance.
-Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets, keeping stakeholders informed.
What you'll need:
-Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 10-15 years of experience (additional SA experience can substitute degrees).
-Minimum 10 years of experience as an SA in similar programs and contracts.
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI w/FS Poly **REQUIRED** for consideration. No CCAs, sponsorships or upgrades.
Location: Contractor facility in Annapolis Junction, MD.
