The work, and what you'll do:
Join a collaborative team designing, developing, and maintaining a cutting-edge suite of web-based analysis tools. Leverage your skills to manage containerized React UIs, Java and Go microservices, secure REST APIs, and data stores like MongoDB and OpenSearch. Deliver functionalities like real-time alerting, historical querying, and document management. Telework is approved and dependent on tasking requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain critical web-based analysis tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gather requirements, allocate resources, and plan processes.
- Perform application testing, system monitoring, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and end users.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's in related field (e.g., System Engineering, Computer Science).
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience (or 12+ without a degree).
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management, requirements gathering, or Scrum Master experience are a plus.
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
Location/telework: Work performed in contractor facility in Annapolis Junction. Telework is approved and task-dependent.
