The Role
Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems. You will manage IT infrastructure, handle day-to-day operations, and perform problem resolution for a wide range of devices, including client/server, storage, and network components. This role involves providing both Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, optimizing system performance, and configuring UNIX and Windows operating systems.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience:
Technical BS and ten (10) years' experience as a Systems Administrator; Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute degrees
Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution
Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of IT system infrastructure management and maintenance
Experience configuring network components and implementing operating system enhancements
Strong troubleshooting skills
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
