Cyber Engineers - Stellar Work, Awesome Company - $$$ - FS Poly

Laurel, MD
Our client is an employee-focused, independently-owned prime contractor that has been supporting the DoD for over 20 years. The owner, who has no intention to sell, is a Systems Architect that continues to work full-time on-site, keeping them constantly aware of the challenges associated with working in customer spaces and focused on finding ways to make things easier for people doing client work. Their work is super unique and one project is only available for their employees - even CTO's of other companies are choosing to bill some hours on their work, just for fun!

They boast 4 prime contracts, support dozens of other programs in Maryland, and have independent research & development efforts - they make a conscious effort to ensure their folks are happy with their role and safe from funding snafus - they will immediately search for alternative projects or keep someone on overhead until a transition is finalized. They have monthly happy hours, periodic company events, training and tuition reimbursement plans, and a wellness program. Great work, strong salaries, and their relaxed, technology-focused atmosphere have caused their firm to grow over 40% during the last 3 years.

They are supporting new and exciting work for both CI and FS Poly cleared Engineers. Folks with varying amounts of experience are welcome (there are even technical roles for Poly cleared folks straight out of college!) and our client is open to sponsoring Poly upgrades. This project has needs for SWEs, Malware Reverse Engineers, Vulnerability Researches and Engineers with Offensive Cyber experience. Work on this project has been described as "really cool, niche offensive cyber work - like if James Bond were a cyber engineer". Experience with hacking, RE/VR, Java or CNO is a dead ringer for this project - even folks with hardware and network security can land a spot on this contract or an exciting similar internal R&D project as well.

Worksites are in the Laurel, Hanover, and Ft. Meade areas and are well suited for social distancing. They observe all COVID protocols to keep their folks safe and healthy - some projects even offer flexibility for partial remote work, flexible in/out times and you'll earn hour-to-hour PTO for any OT. If you're a cleared engineer looking for an exciting new program with great work, great rates and a passionate team, it might be time to chat with our client.
