Our client is helping defend planes, trains, and tanks from cyber attacks. They are a growing product firm with some of the best and brightest working in their field. They are working on unique problems (think red teaming with boutique embedded systems) with a specialization in data, analysis and security for a wide variety of operational systems on land, in air, and by sea. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Intrusion and Detection) to join their team:

- 4+ years experience working in threat detection
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Expertise designing and developing security software (i.e. malware analysis, pen testing, reverse engineering)
- An understanding of software engineering best practices and process
- Well versed in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, or Python
- Experience with data bus protocols preferred, but not required (MIL-STD-1553, CAN, J1939, NMEA-2000, ARINC-429, ASCB)
- Preferred experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, CI/CD
- U.S Citizenship
- The ability to obtain or hold a US Government Security Clearance
