They are seeking a new Director of Recruiting and Staffing to join their team.
In this role, you will:
-Run all phases of the recruiting lifecycle
-Manage program staffing efforts and serve as Staffing Director for prime contracts
-Participate in company planning and assist with proposals
-Manage recruiters and staffing coordinators
-Establish and manage processes that deliver qualified candidates to hiring managers
-Write technical resume templates and match candidates to open positions
-Work with 3rd party recruiting agencies to augment internal production
-10+ years of experience in recruiting
-Experience with technical recruiting
-Experience with DoD recruiting and working with cleared candidates
-Experience leading a team of recruiters
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills and decision making in a fast-paced environment
This position is located in Hanover, MD and requires US Citizenship.
