Our client is a woman-owned small business that has been specializing in scalable solutions that directly impact IC/DoD missions since 2017. They have consistently grown year after year with spectacular retention rates (100% in the last 3 years!), exciting missions and a person-centered company culture that has engineers healthy, happy and excited to come to work every day. They value innovation, creativity, collaboration and technical growth and it shows in everything they do: Their leadership is approachable (they love one-on-one discussions!) and takes the thoughts and concerns of their team seriously - happiness is key and they will ensure their folks are doing the work they love on missions that make a difference.
In addition to their supportive culture, they offer extremely competitive and flexible compensation packages: competitive salaries, 100% paid premium healthcare, 5+wks of flexible PTO (you'll also get PTO for any OT hours worked!), paid parental leave, and a whopping 16% 401k contribution. Even better, they have several contracts with partial telework! If you're a cleared engineer looking for options with growth and flexibility where you're more than just a billable body, this place might be right for you.
They are seeking entry-level Software Engineers to help support a microservice ecosystem, with several UIs that focus on feature driven development (similar to Spotify). You'll work with a great team of engineers that are developing new tools (and improving existing ones!) while working with customers to provide mission-essential products. This is a long-term, cutting edge program with great teams, responsive management and an awesome customer.
