What you'll do:
This role involves analyzing and configuring complex network systems, including virtualized and containerized environments. Responsibilities include resolving interoperability issues, managing cloud servers and network equipment, supporting procurement, and leading technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes, Cisco/Juniper networking, virtualization technologies, Linux/OpenStack, and telecommunications protocols. Security clearance is required.

What you'll need: 
- HS Diploma or GED with experience with integration and system-level testing of telecommunications systems or platforms. 
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker
- Experience with Linux or OpenStack
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking equipment
-Knowledge of networking services, software-defined networking, telephony and telecommunications systems.

Nice to haves:
- RHCSA certification
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification

Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with MD FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration. 

Location/telework: 100% onsite in MD.
